I. Intro

Date: 10/23/2023

We were remaking the wing ribs because the oven wasn’t set correctly causing the flanges to break.

II. Procedure

Figure 1: trailing edge rib from lab 7

Figure 2: apply liquid release agent on the mold.

Figure 3: cover with solid release mold

Figure 4: put into vacuum bag

Figure 5: check pressure

Figure 6: remove the peel ply

Figure 7: cut the adhesives.

Figure 8: cut edge of part
